'Return to Sender' Framed Original

"Return to Sender" is a piece about protection, intuition, and learning that not everyone who enters your life enters with good intentions.

At the center of the work is a large eye surrounded by hand-drawn eyes, windows, repeated imagery, and the familiar pointing finger from vintage postal markings that reads: Returned to Sender.

The Evil Eye symbol has existed across cultures for thousands of years and is believed to protect against jealousy, envy, and ill intentions by reflecting that energy back to its source rather than allowing it to take hold.

I created this piece after realizing that openness without discernment can be costly. Not everyone deserves access to your energy, your plans, or your heart.

This piece serves as a reminder to trust your intuition, protect your peace, and return anything that was never yours to carry in the first place.

Because sometimes the healthiest response is simple:

Return to sender.
